Keep the public site minimal and reuse the existing message/email entry point for Sage, instead of adding a competing chat widget.
Email contact remains the fallback until the planned Sage chat is implemented. Chat will use approved public project knowledge, not expose private owner conversations or financial access. Owner engagement notifications remain part of that later release. Internal work pages require access control; search visibility is for public content only.
