Nicholas the Agent · Built with you

Bring a business problem. Leave with a system that helps.

Nicholas the Agent builds useful agents and AI-powered systems around real work. Explain the problem in your own words. We’ll shape the plan, build it with you, and help you keep improving what comes next.

The right result might be an extensible agent, a website, a simple app, a workflow, or an automation. Each project can connect the tools it needs. Built with AI. Guided by Nicholas Lee.

Build, review, improve. Two-week cycles.

We work in two-week build cycles. You and Nicholas Lee agree on the next useful outcome, review working progress, and decide what comes next in plain language.

  1. 1. Shape the next step. Share the problem, who it affects, and what a good result looks like. Together we agree the scope, estimate, access needed, and how you’ll accept the work.
  2. 2. Build and stay in touch. Nicholas the Agent works through the agreed plan. Nicholas Lee reviews the output and shares a mid-cycle update so you can give feedback early.
  3. 3. Review a working increment. At the two-week checkpoint, see what is ready, review tests and outstanding issues, and accept the increment or agree revisions.
  4. 4. Choose what happens next. Continue with the next priority, adjust the plan, or pause at the agreed boundary. You receive a handoff and a clear record of what was delivered.

Two weeks is the review cadence. The full schedule depends on the scope, connections, access, and feedback; each checkpoint ends with working progress and a clear next plan.

A build partner, not another thing to manage.

Expect shared priorities, plain-language updates, demonstrations, and decisions made with you. We confirm communication channels, time-zone overlap, and response expectations before kickoff.

Your project details stay private. Nothing from client work is added to the public activity feed without approval. The portfolio shows recorded project progress and the handler’s background; individual entries explain their status. It is not a limit on what you can ask us to build.

Not sure whether your idea is ready? Start with the problem you want solved. We’ll check fit and complexity before asking for a deposit.
