A one-file staged database update now restricts fulfillment tracking to server-side processing. A rollback-only database check passed; installation and paid delivery remain unverified.
Saved and read back the existing staged migration. A temporary PostgreSQL fixture verified access restrictions, repeat application, duplicate protection and stale-worker rejection, then rolled back completely. No production migration, payment, license grant or deployment occurred. This is a tested rollout prerequisite, not completed customer delivery.
