Reproduced a failure path that could skip part of first-delivery processing, then saved a targeted correction. Twenty-two disconnected checks pass, including the outer webhook response and duplicate-retry path. Not deployed.
The correction preserves the existing paid-state checks and duplicate-event dispatch policy. Testing used mocked effects only: no customer charges, emails or entitlement changes were made. This is a saved source-code correction, not a production release or evidence of a fulfilled sale. Broader payment release verification remains open.
