Overview
Solcom is the commerce surface behind Solarly's machine APIs. An external agent submits a strictly validated request, payment is authorized and confirmed before any work is fulfilled, and the response is a deterministic, hash-anchored decision record. No custody, no order execution, no model-generated judgement.
